Your wellness routine doesn’t have to consume as much time as you think!

The key if you’re a busy person, is having the tools to make your wellness routine as effective as possible.

Brain training 🧠has been proven to be a game changer whether you’re looking to enhance peak performance, decrease stress or anxiety, improve your sleep, recover from PTSD or concussions, and more. It is something that can be done morning, at noon, or in the evening for as little as 5 minutes a day.

〰️Frequency healing (with the type of device that I use) is portable and runs through an app on my phone. Extremely user-friendly. I run a morning analysis to see how my body is functioning that day, and run frequencies that can support my body in the areas that I need support.

I love both of these because they are so personalized to my body’s needs.

The best part is that I combine the two of them while doing my morning meditation 🧘‍♀️ .

I feel strongly about meditation being a non-negotiable in my wellness practice today. So to optimize my personal 1:1 time, I select my frequency (I love running the coherence or abundance frequency right now) and in conjunction with my meditation & brain training regime.

If you’re curious about my own personal time frame, most business day mornings I allow myself 25 minutes for this process - longer on weekends or non-working days.

*All devices I use are FDA-approved and backed with a ton of studies and literature. Available with my wellness packages right now. Click here for details >>
