Easy Snacks without the bread....


Instead of using bread, try out thin rice crackers for your snacks!

I am a fan of the non-gmo multigrain corn thins.

Time to get creative!

I like to add earth balance coconut & peanut butter spread (Non GMO), banana slices, cacao nibs!

You can also create veggie ones with sliced tomato & cucumbers with S&P. Or one of my favourite, smashed avocado with lime, S&P!

Snacks can be healthy, quick & tasty!
