Good Morning Ham Cups!

Wow! I can't wait for you to try these amazing, easy to make little breakfast snacks!

These are a perfect way to start your day or as a quick bite to eat post workout if you are following my timed nutrition program! Feel free to double the recipe!

Ingredients:

6 slices of nitrate-free honey ham 6 eggs 1/2 of diced up broccoli or asparagus 1/4 cup diced up tomatoes 1/4 cup of Cheese (optional)

Pre-heat your oven to 400°. Prepare filling of your choice ( I like to use broccoli or asparagus some tomatoes and a little bit of cheese).

1. Grease you're muffin tins. Then line them with your nitrate free ham. 2. Fill your ham cups with your choice of filling. 3. Cracked egg on top

into ham cup. 4. Top with cheese ~optional.

Bake for 20 minutes at 400°. That easy! Let me know what you think!
